A workshop, not a product. Projects and experiments, and the operating model I run my own life on — health, habits, money, and what gets written, reviewed on a cadence rather than whenever I happen to feel like it.

It is behind a login and it is only mine. There is no waitlist, nothing to sign up for, and no plan to open it. Some of what it teaches me ends up in the writing about systems, which is the part worth reading anyway.
